SCHEDULE: 15/16 JUNE 2019

Our Summer Show will take place over the weekend of Saturday 15th – Sunday 16th June 2019 at Warren Farm Equestrian Centre near Formby, Lancashire. As with our previous shows, we aim to hold a family friendly, competitive show with a party atmosphere. The show is open to all, and there will be a special championship for home produced horses and ponies. Online and Telephone Pre-Entries must be received no later than Friday 7th June 2019.

Membership entitles the holder to:

  • £4.00 reduction on all entry fees per class per show (Two shows per year)
  • Membership Card
  • Automatic entry into Members Challenge

A presentation will be held at the evening performance and a £50 prize will be awarded to the highest points scoring member.

Please note pre-entries will be taken over the phone with bank transfer or via post with uncrossed postal orders or a cheque made payable to or via PayPal (Please select the friends option when paying via Paypal).
In the event of the show being postponed or cancelled all pre entries will be carried over to the next show

Sashes to first and second places in all classes and to third place in childrens and disability classes

No spurs may be worn by any competitor under the age of 16. In the event of a mixed class where juniors & seniors compete together, no spurs may be worn by any competitor.

Fall of a horse or rider will result in elimination from the class without exception. In the event of a ride judge falling the judge may not continue and will be replaced by a deputy ride judge where possible. If no deputy is available, the class will be judged on performance and conformation only.

In ridden veteran classes no jewellery or spurs are acceptable. Veteran horses and ponies must not gallop. Any competitor under the age of 16 riding or handling a stallion must have a disclaimer signed by a parent/guardian. These forms are available from the office.

In the in hand championships where stallions are competing no person under the age of 13 years will be allowed to exhibit without exception.

Top hats and beaglers are permitted to be worn in any championship providing a hat disclaimer is signed prior to entry of the championship and the competitor is over the age of 13 years.

Once the initial trot has commenced no late arrival will be accepted in the ring for ridden classes/championships – no exceptions. It is your responsibility to be on time for your classes/championships.
